Veratown can send room messages, emotes, private whispers, scheduled arrival greetings, and other supported communication actions. A visible room message is different from a private whisper; check the channel before sending anything sensitive.
Room administrators can test supported channels with
!testcomms <memberId> <text> or /bot testcomms <memberId> <text>. Several
test messages are visible to the room, so use only non-sensitive test text.
Some channels are intentionally skipped or require a bot-friend relationship.
The bot may also reciprocate eligible friend requests and send a scheduled MOTD when a character enters. Those automated messages are not delivery receipts for other actions.
