Location Entry Behavior implementation

Status: Implemented. This feature generalizes the previous Bunny-specific location behavior and supports reusable type defaults plus per-location overrides.

Current design

• The feature is statically composed as LocationEntryBehaviorPlugin.
• Its room-scoped policy is location-entry-behavior.rules in prototypeGameConfig.rooms.main.
• locationTypes stores reusable behavior rules; location metadata uses entryBehavior for a per-location override.
• Legacy bunny.rules and bunnyBehavior values remain readable. The generic policy and metadata keys take precedence when both old and new keys exist.
• Messages and standard appearance itemsets are delegated to the shared communication and appearance services.
• Appearance actions preserve the existing observation, permission, serialization, and journaling contracts. BC-native itemset timers remain owned by BC; this feature has no expiry worker, retry queue, or release veto.

Verification

Unit and integration tests cover generic type defaults, per-location overrides, legacy compatibility, policy adoption, and end-to-end map transitions. Run npm test for offline coverage and npm run build for source/API changes.
